Effective leaders & managers can engage people from different backgrounds. This course overlays best practices with equity and inclusivity. You will learn practical techniques for increasing creativity, giving feedback, and coaching across cultures.
Coming Soon: Strategy, Structures and Culture of Workplace Inclusion
Organizational culture is the shared expression of a group’s values and beliefs as reflected behaviorally by every member of the culture. In this final course, you will use what you've learned to breathe life and process into your inclusion efforts.

How can I learn more about Additional Features as part of a group course offering?

How many people can be in the same group offering?
We can normally accommodate up to 500 people in one customized offering. If you need more space, please contact us and we will work with you to figure out the best approach for your organization.
When will I have access to the course content?
Once you enroll and get your login and password, you will immediately have access to all course content.
How much time will I have to complete the course?
The courses are self-paced, so you can complete it on your own schedule. We assume 5-10 hours of focused time is needed to complete The Essentials of Cultural Competence, Reducing the Negative Impact of Bias in the Workplace, and The Inclusive Manager’s Communication Toolkit. You should allow up to 20 hours, for reading, watching videos and completing assignments associated with The Strategy, Structures and Culture of an Inclusive Workplace course. For group offerings, however, a specific beginning and ending date will apply; optimally, a 4-6 week window. This ensures that everyone in the group is completing the course on the same schedule and can benefit from any Additional Features.
What if I need additional time to complete the course?
The courses are self-paced so you can complete them on your own schedule. You will not lose access to the site nor the content. For group offerings of 40 or more you will only have access to a Dedicated Customer Success partner through the end of the agreed upon window of time.
What will I get if I pay for this course?
You will have access to all of the features and content you need to earn a Course Certificate. If you complete the course successfully, your Certificate will be sent to you via email. Note that the Course Certificate does not represent official academic credit.
